Hello!
I am about to record my 4th episode on the podcast “Identities: Moving from Roles to Souls” and am so excited to talk with this psychedelic artist, Chris Dyer.
Sometimes I go down a rabbit hole of art, meditation and the possibilities of a spiritual realm that is beyond the 3D world. I think it is egotistical to think that our 3D world is the only existence if everything is matter and energy there is much more going on than we know. The verification that when I say something that is true or resonates for me and I get goosebumps up the back of my neck or when a friend and I say the same thing at the exact same time or when I pull a tarot card that has a feather on it with a saying that I am not alone and I see a feather on my table at lunch that same day. These are all acknowledgements or little nods that there is more around us than we know.
Thus I am bringing to YOU, my subscribers, listeners, supporters, an introduction to Chris Dyer.
Chris Dyer is a Peruvian artist based in Florida who is a soul with good intentions for his self and humanity. He is a soul on a quest for a higher frequency of consciousnesses, through natural life experiences and practices. He is open to be a medium of the Great Spirit, who attempts to let go of the complications of his ego-mind and be of service to the evolving collective. A student of life in gratitude for all the human experiences given to him.

How is your practice coming along? Remember that practice makes progress, there is no destination other than back to yourself and your heart space. Here are some guided meditations I am listening to lately that you may like as well. And of course I’ve got a few of my own. I’ve got a new one coming out for you next week!

I want to hear from YOU! I am so grateful for my readers and supporters. My list keeps growing and I want to know what you like and want more of.
So… I’m curious, what is it about the content that keeps you coming back? Seriously, let me know so I can deliver more tailored content for your inbox which I know gets inundated. If you reply, a few things will happen -
I’ll write a reply and we will get a conversation going. I love chatting on the topics that I write about - spirituality, meditation, parenting, mental health advocacy, identity, and creativity - to name a few.
For example - Want to talk about how to engage in a regular meditation practice? Or how to apply spiritual practices to your relationships with family? Or mental health resources support? Don’t be limited by these topics. Do you want book or podcast suggestions?
I’ll have a better understanding of who I am writing for, your suggestions will help me know what you care about and perhaps influence what I write in the future.
Do you like the podcast format? Have you listened?
