This is episode #25! I’m going to celebrate that for a moment. Thank you for being here to witness my evolution. I continue to curate guests that I believe will spark some curiosity and perhaps a new way of looking at your life and world at large.
Conversations and talking with people who have been down a different path have always been at the crux of my personality - I’m a curious human.
I met Zoe over a decade ago in the women’s tent at a spiritual yoga festival called Bhakti Fest in Joshua Tree. It was a time when I realized I didn’t know what I desired or needed in the midst of my very full life as a mom, wife, home manager and high-tech recruiter in Silicon Valley. I wrote about this experience for LAYoga in 2019.

She says, “So much of my work is giving women permission to express themselves from a place of deep and wild truth. In order to do that we have to unravel the trauma of being raised a woman in a culture that devalues the very energy we were born to embody.”
It was great to speak with her at this stage of my life, and I hope you come away with some new ways to meet yourself and then your partner.
